WHERE THE ART BEGINS...
In 1967 my grandfather Vincenzo Gaudio, along with his daughter Anna, left Calabria, Italy and sailed to America on a ship named " La Michelangelo." They landed on American soil with many injuries due to their near fatal voyage aboard the ship. "La Michelangelo" had to be evacuated by emergency vessels as the ship was sinking at a rapid pace. Three months later, my father Domenico and his two brothers, Pasquale and Antonio arrived in America. They worked very hard, along with my grandfather, who was still recovering from his injuries, and opened the first "Three Boys From Italy Pizzeria" on Burke Avenue in the Bronx in 1968. This is where the art began! Over fifty years later, the art continues at what is known today as "Three Boys From Italy Trattoria" in Northvale, New Jersey. My father Domenico and I continued the family tradition of being dedicated to providing the best quality food and service available. I invite you to join our family and enjoy the delicious cuisine from the authentic Italian recipes passed down through my family for generations. From my family to yours, my mother Rosa, sister Maria and I thank you for your patronage and look forward to serving you
